The PayAgent 2™ contact center tool is a browser-based application that provides collections agents and customer service representatives with a window into the PaymentVision system.

Through the PayAgent 2 interface, CSRs can assist their customers over the phone, research consumer information, change consumer status, search for prior payments, and make credit / debit card and electronic check payments for callers with real-time authorization.

Payments made through the PayAgent 2 portal update the PaymentVision system in real-time. The streamlined interface allows a CSR to process both “Card Not Present” and ACH transactions.
