ValidPay risk management feature list include:

Validate ABA Database – By default, all transactions are verified through the Lyons ABA database, which is updated with the latest bank information on a daily basis.

Account Verification - The Account Verification service will submit a transaction for verification through Autoscribe's internal databases. The verification service will report if the bank account is closed,
not located, or has had risk (NSF) activity associated with it over a period of time.

OFAC Check – The OFAC rule will submit the first name and last name for validation against the Treasury’s OFAC list. A transaction that matches based on the specified confidence level will be displayed to the reviewer.

Settlement Date Expired by Period of Time – Rule warns the user if a transaction is being submitted for a settlement date that is a specified number of days earlier than the processing date.

Maximum Debit Transaction Amount – The rule specifies a maximum amount for a debit transaction. It also allows filtering of the amount based on specific ACH class codes.

Maximum Credit Transaction Amount - The rule specifies a maximum amount for a credit transaction. It also allows filtering of the amount based on specific ACH class codes.

Maximum Number of Transactions per Period per Class Code – Restrict the number of transactions that can be processed over a period of time (and by ACH class code if desired).

Maximum Net Debit Amount per Period per Class Code – Restrict the total debit value amount processed over a period of time (and by ACH class code if desired).

Maximum Debit Amount per Period per Class Code – Similar to the above, applicable to total debit activity.

Maximum Credit Amount per Period per Class Code - Similar to the above, applicable to total credit activity.

Maximum Customer Debit Amount per Period per Class Code – Restrict the total debit amount for a given customer over a period of time (and by ACH class code if desired).

Maximum Customer Credit Amount per Period per Class Code – Similar to the above rule, but for total credit activity.

Minimum Transaction Amount – Restrict the minimum transaction amount that should be processed in the system.

Class Codes Allowed – Restrict the allowable class codes. For instance, an administrator can indicate that only TEL, PPD, and CCD class codes should be allowed, thereby reducing the possibility that an erroneous or unsupported class code is entered.

Potential Duplicate Transaction – The administrator can specify the criteria that make a transaction possibly a duplicate.

Credits/Debits Allowed – Restrict the system to allow or disallow credit or debit transactions.
