Some might call this a bandwagon and maintain that we’re just another big corporate interest trying to get on it for the sake of whatever positive publicity may be derived. That’s largely accurate, and that sort of honest assessment dissuaded some from getting behind the company’s green initiative.

With that bit of candor behind us, there ensued a healthy debate about what would constitute a meaningful green initiative were it to be pursued. The basic consensus was that if our goals were meaningful, however modest, and our actions might cause other companies to act in a similarly selfish manner, the end-result might just be worthwhile.

So here are some of our early entries. We hope more will follow.
